Deb is the Managing Director of National Skills Centre as well as our NVQ assessor. Deb combines passion for construction and education to help others achieve their career goals. She has extensive knowledge of the construction industry, having worked on multiple projects in public sector procurement and construction management.

Deb is the Managing Director of National Skills Centre as well as our NVQ assessor. Deb combines passion for construction and education to help others achieve their career goals. She has extensive knowledge of the construction industry, having worked on multiple projects in public sector procurement and construction management.
Deb is a member of CIOB, as well as achieving a BA and B.Sc. Hons degree from the University of Bolton, with a major in Business Studies and a minor in Computer Science.
Being an accredited NVQ assessor and IQA, with excellent communications skills and a strong sales background. Deb is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the construction sector and the people who work in it.

Ryan is the Business Manager at National Skills Centre. Ryan has a desire to help others achieve their career goals by combining education and construction.
Ryan left college with 3 A Levels in Photography, Graphic Design and Media Studies, he then began his career working for a recruitment agency, familiarising himself in the construction
Ryan is the Business Manager at National Skills Centre. Ryan has a desire to help others achieve their career goals by combining education and construction.
Ryan left college with 3 A Levels in Photography, Graphic Design and Media Studies, he then began his career working for a recruitment agency, familiarising himself in the construction industry.
Being the Business Manager, he is involved with all of the accounts and approval for evidence that has been assessed. Ryan is motivated to help individuals in the construction industry achieve qualifications while enjoying their work.
