We occasionally use images, quotes, and videos for promotional purposes. To comply with the Data Protection Act 1998, please indicate below if you are in agreement or not. We will not include any identifying details such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number on any videos and/or photos we use.

Please note: By completion of this form, you (the candidate) agree that, should any of the information/images/evidence provided be found to be fraudulent, your NVQ will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to any reimbursement of funds.
